Components

This case management system will allow for multiple locations, a wide variety of billing services from fixed fee, travel, non-professional, professional, and expenses.  Each case is managed separately with a financial log, reports diary, and information base. The Windows allow for multiple cases to be open for update simultaneously and each component of a case has separate windows.

 Management Information

Not only does this application provide practical daily tools to combine service billing information for all cases and produce invoices for those services, it manages post-service statistics on each case and for each billing consultant.  This provide useful management information for promoting your service levels and providing management oversight of operational services.  The system will provide for analysis of referrals by type and source, tracking of open and closed cases, billing summaries, and aging summaries.

 PHP and Full Web Interoperable

One of the more advanced features of this FileMaker based application is the capability to work fully interoperable and integrated with Web and Network based users.  The FileMaker approach to Database management provides a robust and web-enabled environment that leverages the power and flexibility of PHP applications on the Web and the need for private local network based users in offices.

 Mac and Windows Full Compatibility

CaseTrak2009 has full compatibility with all Windows platforms and Apple Mac.  Even the Ipod has the ability to run a Web-Based plugin fully integrated with the back-end FileMaker Database.  For use of the Ipod you must have FileMaker Server 9 Advanced.
